By booking a session or using the Balanced Me website, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

Services

Balanced Me provides kinesiology and dietetics services delivered by Bonny Thio — Certified Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology™ Practitioner and Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD). Services are available in-person in Melbourne and online Australia-wide.

Appointments and cancellations

  • Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments where necessary and will provide reasonable notice where possible

Fees and payment

  • Session fees are outlined on the Work With Me page and are subject to change with notice
  • Payment is due at the time of booking or at the completion of your session
  • Private health fund rebates may apply — check with your provider before booking
  • Medicare CDM rebates are available with a valid GP referral and care plan

The services provided by Balanced Me are complementary health services and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please contact your doctor or call 000. Always inform your GP of any complementary health treatments you are receiving.
