Your session is held just for you — a dedicated block of time that isn't shared with anyone else. This policy is here so the practice can keep running well, and so the people who need a spot can have one. It's not designed to catch you out.
Bonny asks for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a booked session. This gives her time to offer the spot to someone else who's waiting.
If you give 48 hours notice or more, you can reschedule at no charge — or your session fee is refunded in full.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice — and missed appointments (no-shows) — are charged the full session fee. This applies whether the session is rescheduled or not.
If you're running late, please send Bonny a quick message. Sessions usually still go ahead within their original window, just shortened.
All sessions are paid in full at the time of booking through the online booking system. This holds your spot and means you're set the moment you arrive — no admin at the start of your session.
Bonny rarely cancels — but if illness, family circumstances, or anything else means she can't see you as planned, she'll reschedule at a time that works for you, or refund your session in full. No fees, no hassle.
The Healing Package ($1,000) includes one initial assessment and five follow-up sessions, paid upfront in full.
If you're not sure whether the package is right for you, please start with a single initial assessment first. Bonny would rather you commit when you're certain.
The free 20-minute discovery call has no cancellation requirement. If you can't make it, just let Bonny know when you can — there's no fee and no awkwardness.
Bonny is human, and so is everyone she works with. If something genuinely unexpected comes up — a family emergency, sudden illness, anything that's outside the realm of "I just don't feel like it today" — please reach out. These situations are handled with care, not by policy.
